We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be deemed to have taken effect when posted on www.gait.com.qa Registering an account or using our website means your agreement to all the Terms on the website

  • Genuine Products: All Products sold at Gait are Genuine and we don’t offer Counterfeit products. If any found, a 100% Return & Refund Guarantee applies
  • Return & refund Policy: Sealed, unused which are in perfect condition items can be exchanged within 15 days from date of purchase
  • Free Return: We will return your product free of charge. All you need to do is to follow the below easy steps:
    • Email us: info@gait.com.qa with a copy of the invoice attached. Allow 3-5 days for pickup. Please mention the below
      • Reason for return
      • Type the name of the product you wish to return.
    • Call 800 8481 to register a return & schedule a pickup date. Please allow 3-5 days for pickup.
    • Return in Showrooms: Visit our Gait store in Place Vendome with your Original Invoice and Product to process the return
  • Dead on Arrival Products: An Apple-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure preventing basic operability, upon its first use of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please bring it to Gait Store within 15 Days of the invoice date. Gait will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you following options:
    • Replacement: Gait will contact you to set up a replacement order of your DOA product.
    • Service: You may have the product repaired; however, if serviced, the product is no longer for replacement. The DOA policy applies to all Apple hardware products Currently offered at Gait. As new products are offered, Gait reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. If the product is not a DOA, Apple's standard product warranty will apply
  • Defective Items: Apple Branded Products If you think your product is defective, please contact Gait Store, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. (See Product Warranty section below for specific information about Apple's product warranties).
  • Custom To Order (CTO): We are offering customization to you ordered devices. We encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is customized as per the provided specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.
  • Microsoft Windows: Apple and 3rd party software developers offer you ways of running Microsoft Windows OS on your Apple Hardware. Gait does not cover support and service for your windows partition or Microsoft software problems.
  • Product Warranty: All Apple hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from the date of activation. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase.
  • Compliance with U.S> Export Laws: Some products are restricted by the U.S. Government from export to certain countries and buyer agrees that it will not distribute or re-export products in violation of the export control laws or regulations of the United States. Buyer shall be responsible to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations, including those of the United States, when marketing, exporting or importing products and technical data. Buyer warrants that it is knowledgeable and undertakes to comply with such applicable export and import laws and regulations (including all necessary clearance requirements, export and import licenses and exemptions, and required filings). Buyer further agrees to indemnify Gait and claims made against Gait's failure to comply with applicable export and import laws.
  • Order processing
    • You agree to pay the full amount for the value of your invoice which might include shipping costs or any other charges that may be applicable to such order. The “confirmation” stage is final approval from your side to your order.
    • Acceptance of your order is a completion of the contract between you and Gait & a dispatch of the Products ordered will take place to you if you have paid through your Card
    • Errors in pricing the products might occur from time to time on the Website or during the order process. We will in good faith try to resolve any issues that may arise as a result of such errors. You agree to cooperate with us to resolve such issues, and you agree that Gait shall have full discretion to determine the appropriate resolution in such cases.
  • Payments
    • Payment can be made by any method specified at www.gait.com.qa.
    • All prices are shown in Qatari Rial (QAR)
  • Miscellaneous Provisions
    • Your use of the Website and the contract between you and Gait shall be governed by the laws of Qatar and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the contract between you and Gait shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Qatar.
    • You agree that you will not assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms or any related order for Products to any third party, unless agreed upon in writing by Gait.     • Gait reserves the right to transfer, assign or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any of its rights or obligations under these Terms or any related contract, to any third party.
  • Warranty Terms & Conditions: All Apple Products purchased from www.gait.com.qa will be covered with a one (1) year Limited Apple warranty from activation date. Warranty for 3rd party accessories varies from 3 months to 24 months, but you can always visit our store for more support. The Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, breakage, and spillage of liquids, and other repairs arranged outside the authorized service center. Software is excluded from our Warranty. We are not responsible for loss of any personal data saved on the Product, during any check-up or repair
