What happens after trading in? You will receive store credits based on the amount in the quotation. Your store credits must then be used to purchase any Apple device or accessory in the store. How long does the trade-in process take? It will only take you around 15 minutes or less. Can I cancel my trade in? Yes, as long as the transaction is not yet finalized. A transaction is finalized once the receipt is produced. After this stage, you may no longer refund your trade in device. Will you accept my device if I cannot deactivate 'iCloud'? Yes, but amount paid will be much lower than the actual value. Can I trade in non-Apple devices? Yes. Trading in your Apple device is as easy and simple as buying a new one. What devices are eligible for trade in?
We take in phones, Laptops, Tablets, Apple TV, Airpods, iMacs, Watches in any condition. To check if your device is eligible for the trade in, visit us in store and have it tested.
Can I trade in more than one device?
Yes. Just bring in all your devices and have it diagnosed and have the value assessed in the store. Our Apple Experts will gladly assist you.
How long does the trade-in process take?
