Make a backup of your device in case it requires to be formatted or replaced.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
If your iPhone needs battery replacement, make sure that the battery is at 30% or less when you bring it in, if possible.
TURN OFF FIND MY DEVICE
Disable Find my device so we can do our diagnostics and repairs if necessary
