Delivery Areas and Timelines

 

We currently deliver only in Qatar.

The following options are available for delivery to your address in Qatar*:

  • Home Delivery : Standard delivery within 48 hours
  • Pick-up from stores (Gait Place Vendome). 
  • 2 Hours Delivery

 

  • Orders are delivered daily (except during Qatar's public holidays). 
  •  Orders placed outside working hours, after the cut-off time, and/or during any Qatar public holiday will be deemed placed on the first Qatari working day following the order's submission.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or request postponement.
  • Daily collection Saturday to Thursday cutoff is 14:00 hrs. for same-day and normal delivery services from the pick-up store.
  • Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and public holidays.
  • Once your order is ready for delivery, our customer service agents will contact you to schedule the date and time of delivery at your convenience.
  • 2 Hours Delivery will be available from 10Am till 6PM

 

 Delivery Process

 

If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

 

 Shipping Fees

 

·        The shipping fee is as follows: for orders Below 200 QAR

        • Standard  Delivery -  25 QAR
        • The minimum order value is 100 QAR

Above 200 QAR, shipping is free of charge.

 

        • 2 Hours Delivery - 40 QAR
        • The minimum order value is 100 QAR

Cancellation

 

 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the company’s customer service through any of the listed channels.

As the company tries to process orders immediately, it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.

 You may contact us at any time prior to your order being marked as “processing" on our online order tracking system to cancel it. If you do so, we will, at your request, either:

  •  cancel it free of charge and issue you with a full refund; or
  •  do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment.

 

If the order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Returns and Refunds process.
