Who is eligible?

 

Students

Any individual over 18 years old who is currently studying in high school, university, or college.

Teachers

Any individual over 18 years old who is a teacher, lecturer, tutor, or administrative employee at an educational institution.

Required Documents

 

To verify your eligibility, please provide the following documents.

For Students with a Valid ID Card

Your student ID card must clearly show its validity. Please present:

• Student ID card

• Secondary ID (Qatari valid ID only)

For Students with an Expired ID Card

If your student ID card's validity is not clearly mentioned or has expired, please provide all three of the following documents:

• Student ID card

• Latest mark sheet

• Secondary ID (Qatari valid ID only)

New Student Exception

If you are a new, first-year student and do not yet have a student ID, you can provide:

• Admission confirmation letter from your institution

• Secondary ID (Qatari valid ID only)

For Teachers

Please provide the following:

• Employee ID card

• An official letter from your institution confirming your status as a teacher or staff member.
